Permas Go-Kart Club Sdn Bhd was set up in January 2002 by Mr. Louis Liew. The company now occupies 10 acres (approximate 40469 sqm) of workshop and track. It is situated about 20km from Johor Barhu city centre, it is accessible via modern North-South Expressway, Railway Links and a network of highways such as Second Link and Pasir Gudang (within 45-60 minutes). Being closely situated to the Johor Bahru and near Singapore Check Point (within 20-30 minutes), it makes an ideal place for international events.

The Permas Go-Kart Club circuit is the longest circuit in Malaysia. With the Length of 1.433 km, the track features 14 turns and 2 straights with access speed of more than 160km/h. The track allows ample opportunities for overtaking, ensure a suspense and thrills of the race.
